The bathroom corners are spider-webbed and very dirty. The floor under the bed was really dirty like it was never ever cleaned for ages. The blanket was coming out of the duvet cover, The pillows were too hard to sleep on. Like the bed sheet/linens were old and dirty. The rooms look okay at first but the more you spend time inside you discover something new. ROOMS - We took one double bed and one twin bedroom (A2/A3 rooms). The Chinese food is decent and delicious for the price you pay. RESTAURANT - They have a Chinese restaurant as well. They also have a small lift which is pretty helpful for people who cannot climb or walk much otherwise the height of the floors is not much, one can easily climb the stairs. CHECK-IN- It was smooth, we booked two rooms and they kindly offered us the rooms earlier than the check-in time for which we were grateful. However, the overall experience with the property is really bad. ABOUT THE HOTEL - It's an old property, even though the location is good, The security guards were attentive and always had smiles on their faces. 120-290 to go anywhere in the park street/college street area.We were four people so we took dzire to roam around. The location of the hotel is good, its centrally located and hence nearby to most of the tourist places. I stayed at this property during my leisure vacation to Kolkata from 10.
